Jean-Francois Ganevat lost a lot of his crop to frost in 2016, so his friends in Beaujolais chipped in and offered him some Gamay grapes, which he blended with Poulsard and Trousseau to make this Jura vs Beaujolais mash-up and, sacré bleue, it works!
