It would be fair to say that you don't always want a glass of wine that's complex and intriguing, you often just want a refreshing drink, so if you aren't in the mood for stroking your beard (to be clear to our female customers, that's a metaphor), then this may not be want you want on this occasion, because it's pretty intense and demands your attention! It's deep and rich and has the opulent grandeur of any wine with 'Grand Cru' aspirations.

You've probably heard of hand-picking, but you may not have heard of hand-squeezing before. Every bunch of Grenache Noir (a black grape) was hand-squeezed to give it the softest pressing possible and avoid colour extraction, which has led to a white wine that can truly be called hand-crafted! It's an impressive, full-bodied white wine with deep layers. There's a stony freshness to the nose, accompanied by an impression of grape skins, a touch of hazelnut yoghurt and creme fraiche and a basket full of ripe stone fruits. If you fancy a change from the standard white wine classics, then revel in the heights that a great Spanish white can reach. 100% Grenache Noir aged in barrel for 3 years! 14.5% alc. Drink now-2023.
