"Gavin Chanin makes incredibly balanced, elegant and pure wines that are always up with the creme de la creme in a vintage. His 2014s across the board are outstanding." - The Wine Advocate

A glorious Californian Chardonnay! It shows a delectable medley of aromas of ripe pear, quince and citrus zest with flinty minerality and a touch of jasmine which all reflect beautifully on the palate. It is impressive for its gorgeous texture and incredible balance of fruit and acidity with a wonderful touch of salinity. This continues to show excellent focus and clarity all the way through the pretty finish. The 2014 Los Alamos Chardonnay is a sensational wine which is already showing extremely well and completely irresistible.

Press reviews:

The Wine Advocate: "There are 26 barrels of the 2014 Chardonnay Los Alamos Vineyard. It's a terrific Chardonnay that’s from sandy and calcareous soils and spent 12 months in 30% new French oak. Offering lots of buttered orchard fruits, cream corn, white flowers and hints of brioche and oak, it's medium to full-bodied, nicely textured and rich, with a supple, soft, ready to go feel. Drink 2016-2019." 91 points
