People can be divided into two categories. There are those who love Riesling and there are those who should. If we sound a little evangelical, it’s only because we want to convert non-believers to our way of thinking and this is the perfect wine to do it. Bone dry, wildly expressive and ravishingly pure, it chisels away at your tastebuds with incisive flavours of lime, sour nectarine and grapefruit. There's plenty of 'dry extract' (the powdery stuff that would be left if you removed all the water and alcohol from a wine), but also a succulent juiciness that balances it and a crystalline purity to the finish that really invigorates the palate. 11% alc. 7 g/l RS. Drink now-2022.

Press reviews:

Jancis Robinson.com (Tamlyn Currin): "A cloud of aroma rises from this glass: lime leaf and elderflower and jasmine. Really racy. Piercing acidity, piercing focus. Honeyed without sweetness, lime-zested, fine spun but far from fragile. Soaring flavours on translucent wings. Absolutely delicious. Drink 2017-2022." 16.5 points & 'Good Value'
