One of the most deliciously moreish 'natural' wines we have ever tasted. It is made from a near-extinct grape variety native to Catalonia called Subirat Parent (don't pretend you've heard of it!) and is slightly cloudy, because it is unfiltered, and is relatively light in alcohol and tastes of spring flowers and creme fraiche and lemon yoghurt and sliced white peaches and sugar and spice and all things nice! Stunning wine, which we will be drinking by the imperial gallon over the summer months. 10.5% alc. Drink now-2018.

Press reviews:

Jancis Robinson.com (Tamlyn Currin): "Cloudy pale yellow in appearance. Smells a bit like home-brewed lemonade. A bit yeasty and a trace of hop-flower bitterness but soused in a delicious citrusy, lemony  juiciness. A dollop of cream cheese on fresh, warm sour-dough bread. If you like natural wine, you’ll find this immensely drinkable, even thirst-quenching. Drink now-2018." 16.5 points
