Delivery Service & Charges

Our minimum order quantity is 6 bottles and the minimum value is £111.00. Delivery to UK mainland is free apart from the postcodes below.

If you are lucky enough to live in one of these beautiful postcodes, we have to apply a delivery surcharge to cover the costs we incur from our courier. Our website isn’t clever enough to automatically add the relevant surcharge, so we will send you a payment link before shipping.

The following postcodes incur a £12.00 delivery surcharge: TD, DG, KA5-7, KA18, KA19, KA26

The following postcodes incur a £15.00 delivery surcharge: AB10-16, AB21-25, AB31-32, AB39, AB41, AB51-52, IV1-20, IV30-32, IV36, IV63, PH3-13, PH15-26, PA21-33, FK7-21, KY99, DD10-11 2-3 Day service: AB30, AB33-38, AB42-45, AB53-56, DD8-9, IV21-28, IV40, IV52-54, PA34-40, PH30-41, PH49-50, KW1-14, PA80

The following postcodes incur a £22.00 delivery surcharge: HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

We offer evening deliveries in the London area.

We will offer you various delivery options when we contact you to confirm your order. Unless otherwise stated, we will be able to deliver within 5 working days of receipt of your order although many of our deliveries are done within 3.  If you have a deadline by which you need the wine, please let us know.

We require the goods to be signed for upon delivery unless you provide us with alternative delivery instructions which you can let us know when we are arranging delivery.

Damage and Mis-delivery
If your order goes missing or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. In the event that we cannot replace the missing or damaged goods, we will give you a full refund.  Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of your order date.

Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your delivery from us, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we'll arrange to collect and credit the goods you wish to return to us.
