I’m afraid we don’t have a tasting-note. If you would like a tasting-note, then I will have to add 33% to the price tag, because such was the minuscule volume produced in 2019 that our allocation is a mere 3 bottles and I would have to open one of them to let you know what it tastes like. I don’t mind doing that at all, but I suspect you won’t want to pay the extra, so I’m afraid you’ll have to trust this wine’s quality based on its past record. As I say, I’m happy to crack one open…
