Sourced from the oldest Pinot Noir vines on Newton Johnson’s estate, this is The Cape’s answer to a Vosne-Romanée and that beautiful sense of drinking liquid rubies. It has a floral bouquet of rose petals and violets filtering through to cherry and blood orange towards a palate of sweet strawberries and pomegranate.
