A very pretty red that blends Agiorgitiko (pronounced “Ah-Yor-Yee-Te-Ko” and means ‘Saint George’) with Cabernet Sauvignon to produce something very gentle and pretty and only 12.5% alcohol. Plum blossom, blckcurrant and sweet strawberries sit on pillowy tannins, thanks to the wine undergoing a 5-day pre-fermentation cold soak, which has the effect of a soft infusion, instead of a harsh extraction (more like making tea than coffee).
