A lovely example of a gentle, softly-textured Xinomavro, displaying the silky, medium-weight body of a Pinot Noir and flavours reminiscent of those trendy Garnachas from the Gredos Mountains. It sits on the palate dealing sweetness and savouriness in equal masure, so you taste strawberry and grenadine, as well as greenhouse tomatoes and loose tea, with the gentle tannins of loose tea giving a pleasing dryness to the terracotta notes on the finish.
