A beautiful, coral-coloured rosé, not the frivolous ‘Barbie’ pink of a Saint Tropez rosé. It’s a gastronomic rosé, for slow-sipping with Italian snacks (olives, prosciutto, pecorino romano etc.). It’s such a pretty wine, with aromas of cherry and plum blossom, like a Japanese garden in the spring, and a dry palate of alpine strawberry, blood orange and something light;y tannic, like terracotta dust. Marabino avoids all synthetic chemicals, relies on wild yeasts, and vinifies each parcel separately to express a true sense of place. Direct press and fermented in barrel with full malo. 12.5% alc.
