Real substance here as well as refreshment, but especially value (don’t tell anyone, but we picked this up at a bin-end price!). 50% Encruzado, which brings the creamy orchard fruit notes, and 50% Bical, whose high acidity brings the zip and tang. Cool and very lively for a four-year-old wine. 12% alc. Drink now-2028.
