One of Spain’s cult white wines made by the bearded maestro, Raul Perez. It’s a pure Albariño from a tiny vineyard on the Galician coast, giving deep citrus and mint flavours and a keen Atlantic freshness. It reminds me of a margarita cocktail served in a salt-rimmed glass, not so much in flavour, but in its harmony between citrus, green herbs and saline minerality.
