Sunshine doesn’t always mean ripeness, it can just amplify a grape’s natural characteristics and here it brings out the green fruit, sweet herb and greengage accents of Grüner Veltliner, making for a deliciously expressive and complex, dry white with plenty of body and richness for a wine with an abv of only 12.5% alc.
